This blog is a professional project by myself, Jim Everett, Think180 Principal Partner. The purpose is to share knowledge and experience around managing vendors, and provide a starting point on key areas of interest for Vendor Managers. This is based on my years of experience gained from workshops run for clients, as well as extensive research.
As an experienced professional consultant, trainer, and facilitator, I draw on years of in-house management training and performance management with a range of industries, government and companies, including Apple.
I have an Honors-level Degree in organizations, communications and performance.
